Watch Your Step is a new Alternative Blues-Rock band based out of Buffalo. Lead guitarist/saxophonist Augie Bates and drummer Andrew Anable got their start in 2019 as “Capo II”, an acoustic duo that became an electric 2-man band. In January 2023, the two crossed paths with bassist Wally Galey, thus forming “We Are 3”. Lead singer Harper Wells joined in October 2023, and has added a whole new dynamic to the group’s sound. Performing a wide variety of covers and originals, Watch Your Step does a little bit of everything, regardless of genre interest. From powerful lead vocals, to screaming guitar solos, to a tight pocket rhythm section, the band presents an exciting live show that you don’t wanna miss!
